1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the website northplain.eu, operated by NorthPlain, ul. Agronoma 12, 00-001 Warsaw, Poland. Contact: contact@northplain.eu.

2. What Data We Collect

Contact Form

The contact form on this site collects name, email address, phone number and message text. This form is a client-side demonstration only — form data is not transmitted to any server, stored in any database, or forwarded to any third party. The form exists for user experience purposes and to demonstrate functional form interaction.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses browser localStorage (not HTTP cookies) solely to store your response to the cookie consent banner. The stored value is a simple string ("accepted" or "rejected") and is never transmitted to any server. No tracking cookies, analytics scripts or advertising identifiers are placed on your device.

Server Logs

Like all web servers, the server hosting northplain.eu may automatically record standard access logs containing IP addresses, browser type, referring URL and pages visited. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and performance monitoring purposes and are not shared with third parties.

3. How We Use Data

NorthPlain does not collect personal data for marketing, profiling or commercial purposes. Access log data is used only for technical maintenance. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

4. Third-Party Content

This site displays images hosted on Wikimedia Commons (commons.wikimedia.org). When your browser loads these images, a connection is made to Wikimedia Foundation servers. The Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy applies to those connections: foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Policy:Privacy_policy.

Google Fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google's privacy policy applies to that connection.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • The right to access any personal data held about you.
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • The right to restriction of processing.
  • The right to object to processing.
  • The right to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@northplain.eu. Because this site collects minimal data, most requests can be fulfilled without delay.

6. Data Retention

Server access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. No other personal data is stored by this site.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when the site's technical infrastructure changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
